Welcome to the Autumn/Winter 2023 Edition of the Matheson Horizon Tracker
The Matheson Horizon Tracker documents key Irish and EU legislative and regulatory developments. This Autumn we are looking at 2023 in review and highlighting our best Insights from the year which, in turn, informs our commentary, together with a look forward to 2024.
As with recent Trackers, we have decided to distribute the Tracker towards the end of the domestic legislative session and so our 'as of' date for this Autumn edition is 28 November 2023.
In tandem with our publication of the Horizon Tracker we encourage you to access our external webinar platform, the Matheson Knowledge Hub. Our practice areas, our Professional Support Lawyers Faculty, and our Knowledge Team, collaborate to offer you a range of recorded webinars which are relevant to current developments described in the Tracker. Following a simple registration process you can access webinars and generate CPD Certification automatically.
If you wish to discuss any of these developments further, please contact us through our Professional Support Lawyers Faculty or your usual Matheson advisor.
