Kyle is the Head of the Matheson Digital Services Group.
Kyle leads a dedicated multi-disciplinary team of 17 professionals including AI software developers, lawyers, legal solutions consultants, legal project managers, document automation specialists and business analysts operating across three divisions: client solutions, legal process optimisation and digital innovation. Kyle and his team specialise in deploying current and emerging technologies including cloud based systems, intelligent automation, data visualisation and cognitive computing solutions such as machine learning, expert systems and natural language processing technologies on complex and large scale legal matters.
Kyle started in the Legal Technology sector in 2015 at Herbert Smith Freehills, working across a range of complex international projects before joining Matheson in November 2018, where he became a founding senior manager within the Digital Services Group. An experienced barrister, Kyle carries a unique insight into a wide range of legal processes in addition to his experience and expertise in respect of legal technologies.
Kyle has extensive experience in advising and consulting a wide spectrum of clients on a range of legal technology matters including data management, transaction management and advanced matter management.
- Bespoke Legal Technology Solution Development – Leading the design development and deployment of a range of legal technologies and solutions to assist clients with a diverse range of requirements.
- Legal Project Management – Project managing a number of complex, high volume document review projects, utilising a range of systems and technologies to drive quality and efficiency of review.
- Regulatory Investigations and Enquiries – Providing technical and project management consultancy to a range of clients in respect of internal investigations, dawn raid preparedness and numerous requests for information.
