At Matheson, we continuously strive to attract, engage and develop the best business talent across our 11 business services functions. Our business services teams work collaboratively with our legal teams in supporting the delivery of our client services. The Matheson Business Services Graduate Programme has been designed to support our core values of diversity, innovation and entrepreneurship.
This two year programme will provide the successful applicants with skills and experience derived from working across a number of our innovative and dynamic business functions including HR; Learning and Development; Marketing; and Business Development. During the programme you will complete four rotations in different departments giving you a real insight into our work, people and culture and what it is like to be a business services professional in Ireland’s largest law firm.
Throughout the programme, a key focus will be providing the successful applicants with the training and development required to support their professional and personal skills development. Each graduate on the programme will also be assigned a mentor from the business services leadership team. You will also have opportunities to actively engage in our Impactful Business Programme and other firm wide initiatives.
So if you are an innovative and entrepreneurial thinker who embraces and thrives working in a fast paced diverse environment then this is the graduate programme for you.
